This week, we are happy to announce real estate attorney STEVEN SPIERER will be our special guest. Steve is a frequent lecturer on various real estate subjects which include “Strategic and Tactical Use of the California Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement by Realtors®,” “Avoiding Sexual Harassment Claims,” and “How to Practice Real Estate Without Getting Sued.” Steve has testified as an expert witness on issues related to the standard of care of attorneys and real estate brokers, agents, sellers, and buyers in real estate transactions ranging from simple to complex.
